- Since the Year 1999 working in the field of computer education at Bhor Taluka, Pune District.
- In the year 2002 through the registration of Elite Education Institute implemented different computer education programs at Bhor.
- During the year 2003 with the approval of MKCL Started an authorized computer training center at Bhor.
- Provided MKCL different pieces of training to Youth, women, and Govt. employees
- Implemented different training programs and benefit of Govt. Schemes for the needy people from Bhor Taluka. This program was implemented with the Coordination of MCED and DIC.
- Organized different Entrepreneurship Development and vocational training courses for the students from BPL and APL groups at Bhor / Velhe Taluka, Pune District.
- Implementation of Poona district sports office PDSO training for youth on skill development since the last 5 years.
- For the successful implementation of Different MKCL computer courses such as MS-CIT, Tally, DTP, and Hardware/ software received the best performing ALC award in Pune District in the year 2011.
- During the year 2003 get approval from MCED and implemented different training programs at Bhor.
- Since the year 2010 through MKCL -TP worked as a Coordinator ITC ( Information Technology Coordinator) , provided support 110 training centers in Pune and Kolhapur Region cities, in terms of evaluation, training, supplying marketing material, technical guidance, etc. also simultaneously provided guidance to all this ALC center heads and beneficiaries on entrepreneurship development.
- Organized training on Computer education for rural youth with the coordination of Pune District sports office.
- Most of the youth from these villages are taking education in different skills from the colleges but due to not avail skill specifically which is required in companies they were out of jobs and forced to do work in different uninterested sectors. Which damages their skill and simultaneously their carrier.
- The unemployed Ratio of Youth from the Villages at Bhor, Velhe, and Khandala Taluka is High. They are traditionally poor and this does not let them pursue any opportunities and specific skills. Lack of confidence, specific skill, and knowledge about computer skills have proved to be a hindrance for many of the youth in achieving their full potential.
- In proposed project establishment of skill development centers we will cover the youth from all the villages at Bhor/Velhe Taluka- Pune District and Khandala Taluka- Satara District, Maharashtra (India)
- The primary focus of the programé is to implement skill Development activities for the youth and provide them skills as per the requirement of local industries for employment. So that they can plan and implement their own development and asset-building strategies.
